What you'll do

• Assess family strengths, challenges, and goals
• develop individualized Family Life Skills Plans
• provide individual and group coaching in parenting, household management, budgeting, nutrition, routines, communication, and stress management
• model family management skills in homes
• connect families with community resources
• document progress
• collaborate with professionals
• promote self-advocacy and independence
• maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
