Medication Technician — Assisted Living / Memory Care

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care and medication distribution according to individualized care plans
• perform assessments as required by state standards and facility policy
• observe, document, and communicate changes in condition
• maintain care plans and attend interdisciplinary meetings
• check and record vital signs, weights, and blood sugars as assigned
• assist with activities of daily living, restorative nursing techniques, and behavioral support
• encourage scheduled activities
• support fall prevention and a restraint-free environment
• oversee medication order entry, MAR documentation, narcotic counts, and pharmacy coordination
• assist with caregiver orientation, training, and coaching.
