Property Manager — Scattered-Site Residential

What you'll do

• Manage, lease, and maintain a portfolio of residential rental properties in a pod team
• prepare and activate rental listings and advise property owners
• prepare lease agreements, extensions, terminations, subleases, amendments, and association paperwork
• navigate maintenance requests
• visit properties as needed or assigned
• use AppFolio property management software
• communicate with owners, tenants, and vendors
• and assist with department administration.
