What you'll do

• Follow the DHC Training Program
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• answer guest questions
• prepare menu items according to cooking instructions and safety and sanitation requirements
• communicate with teammates and management
• use kitchen equipment
• clear tables, sweep and mop, and wash, sanitize, and disinfect utensils and high-touch areas
• handle guest concerns professionally
• follow uniform, food, cash, and cost-control guidelines.
