General Manager

What you'll do

• Own shop revenue, profitability, and financial performance, including an individual revenue goal
• develop sales, retention, and customer-value strategies
• manage labor, margins, expenses, and resources
• hire, onboard, coach, and develop employees and future leaders
• oversee workflow, staffing, productivity, repair quality, safety, and customer experience
• use KPIs and financial data to identify issues and improve performance.
