What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients, including IV catheter placement, CRI management, medication administration, feeding tube placement, and monitoring
• prepare, monitor, and recover surgical patients
• assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
• perform laboratory diagnostics
• operate and maintain radiology and ultrasound equipment
• maintain controlled-drug logs and accurate medical records
• educate clients
• maintain clean, stocked treatment and surgical areas
• monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
