What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and sanitize dishes
• unload and store clean utensils and cookware
• wipe and sanitize dining surfaces and equipment
• stock dining supplies
• bus tables
• clean spills and floors
• clean grills and fryers
• remove trash and recycling
• clean and replenish bathrooms
• follow safety procedures.
