What you'll do

• supervise, evaluate, and assign work to social services staff
• orient and recruit staff
• maintain records, budgets, and supplies
• ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, resident rights, infection control, and safety practices
• promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators.
