Billing Analyst — Accounts Receivable

What you'll do

• Maintain journal entries for income, expenses, fund transfers, and other transactions
• prepare and send accurate invoices
• research and correct rejected invoices
• process billing credits and debits
• investigate rate-code and billing discrepancies
• review warranty credits and reimbursable expenses
• respond to billing inquiries and maintain transaction records.
