Technical Recruiter — Federal Programs (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• write postings, source and interview candidates, recommend hires, check references, and extend offers
• maintain candidate pipelines
• use recruiting tools and the Paylocity applicant tracking system
• coordinate with program managers
• support proposal recruiting and resume preparation
• coordinate clearance verification and pre-employment checks
• maintain OFCCP-compliant records
• assist with onboarding and company initiatives.
