What you'll do

• Manage project documentation and control distribution and revisions of drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, reports, and other records
• maintain document logs and electronic files
• track status, approvals, and outstanding items
• coordinate document flow among project stakeholders
• check documents for accuracy and completeness
• use Procore or other document management systems
• and assist with turnover packages, closeout records, searches, reporting, and status updates.
