What you'll do

• Support the chef with purchasing and receiving, food preparation, and event execution
• assist with banquets according to Banquet Event Order details
• inspect deliveries for freshness and quality
• store and rotate food using safety and FIFO procedures
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed.
