Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Compensation is $10–$16 per hour. The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Greensboro, NC. What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, feeding, hydration, hygiene, and comfort
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, or physical condition to the nursing team
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• offer companionship and encourage participation in community activities
• keep living areas clean, organized, and safe
• follow infection-control and health and safety requirements
• respond to emergencies according to established procedures.
