What you'll do

• Prepare and submit building permit applications and supporting documents
• track application responses and comments
• coordinate resubmissions
• pay required fees and obtain permits
• maintain permit trackers
• and occasionally travel to jurisdictions to hand-deliver documents and build working relationships. Submissions may include architectural plans and permits for sales and construction trailers.
