HVAC Lead Installer

The HVAC Lead Installer role is onsite in Springfield, OR. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience. Marshall’s Specialty Services serves Lane County homeowners with HVAC, insulation, spray foam, fireplaces, and related services, aiming to provide comfortable, efficient homes. The lead installer works with a helper to install HVAC systems and related equipment across residential retrofits, new construction, and other projects. The role contributes through safe, code-compliant installation, customer communication, job documentation, and training and mentoring helpers.

What you'll do

• Install HVAC systems and equipment with a helper
• maintain truck stock and vehicle condition
• prepare and clean job sites
• install and support ductwork and equipment to code
• use service software and complete job documentation
• install line sets, connect controllers and thermostats, and perform related HVAC installation tasks
• manage materials and labor budgets
• communicate with homeowners and supervisors
• train and mentor helpers
• follow safety procedures and use required equipment.
