The supervisor coordinates daily production and personnel to meet delivery, quality, and safety expectations. The role assigns work, monitors equipment and processes, trains and mentors employees, and maintains production, inventory, housekeeping, and workforce controls across the shift.

What you'll do

• Direct the shift to meet the finished-goods production plan
• supervise personnel manufacturing parts to specifications and quality standards
• train employees
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• review schedules, materials, machines, tooling, and sequencing
• conduct in-process and finished-part inspections
• communicate company matters
• monitor productivity, PPE, attendance, timecards, awards, and discipline
• maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
