What you'll do

• Lead nursing services and clinical operations, including dialysis and vent/trach units
• maintain survey readiness under NYSDOH and CMS regulations
• oversee care for residents requiring respiratory and renal support
• recruit, mentor, and retain nursing staff
• maintain clinical competencies and specialized training
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• oversee infection control, risk management, and quality initiatives
• manage staffing plans, scheduling, and departmental budgets
• promote accountability and teamwork
• serve as a visible clinical leader.
