Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk position is onsite in North Charleston, SC, and pays $40,000–$55,000 per year. What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices through Ramp and record them in NetSuite
• check invoice completeness, amounts, duplicates, and approvals
• code invoices to general ledger accounts, locations, and departments
• maintain the AP inbox and vendor records
• prepare ACH and check payment batches for manager review
• reconcile vendor statements and balances
• monitor Ramp card transactions
• assist with monthly AP close, reporting, 1099 preparation, and audit requests
• follow approval and segregation-of-duties controls.
