The role handles intermediate account, lending, transaction, and digital-banking needs, taking ownership through resolution when possible and coordinating with other teams on complex issues.

What you'll do

• Provide timely, accurate, personalized support across remote channels
• build member relationships through consultative conversations
• assist with consumer and business account opening and maintenance, lending, transactions, digital banking, and problem resolution
• maintain knowledge of products, procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
• collaborate with the Remote Experience team and other business units.
