The Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care Float Pool role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Compensation is $52.90–$57.60 per hour. What you'll do

• Use the nursing process to care for assigned patients
• complete assessments and individualized care plans
• provide nursing care considering cultural, psychosocial, and age-related factors
• prioritize and perform appropriate nursing skills
• communicate and delegate effectively
• document care and patient data
• address progress toward outcomes
• facilitate discharge teaching and referrals
• collaborate with other disciplines
• attend required in-services and complete variance reports.
