Parts and Service Assistant

What you'll do

• Receive and verify parts shipments
• report shortages, incorrect or damaged items
• maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• monitor stock and assign parts to units and repair orders
• research parts and follow up on orders
• process returns and warranty parts
• organize the parts room
• enter receipts, purchase orders, invoices, and repair-order information
• assist with repair orders and communicate repair and parts status.
