This role exists to create a stimulating, welcoming space where children can play, learn, and grow. The Assistant Teacher partners with lead teachers to implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and ensures a safe, nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

What you'll do

• Partner with teachers to orchestrate a stimulating classroom environment.
• Support implementation of the L.E.A.P.
• Prioritize safety and nurturing of children.
• Communicate with parents regarding child progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive engagement goals.
• Maintain a safe environment and meet daily needs of children.
