The Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) — Oncology role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, with stated pay of $25–$35 per hour. The full-time schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, with no overnight shifts; the Oncology Department provides specialty care for veterinary patients with cancer.

What you'll do

• Assist with oncology diagnostics and cancer staging
• prepare, calculate, and administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy under safety protocols
• monitor patients during and after infusions
• support imaging, biopsies, and cytology
• provide nursing care, pain management, IV fluids, medications, and therapeutic treatments
• educate clients about treatment protocols and home care
• collaborate with specialty teams
• maintain medical records, chemotherapy safety standards, treatment areas, and equipment.
