What you'll do

• Lead and mentor estimators
• oversee budgets, conceptual estimates, and hard bids for commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
• review major estimates for accuracy and completeness

• maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• improve estimating processes and tools
• lead preconstruction meetings
• support project handoffs
• analyze market conditions and historical data
• represent the client in bid reviews, presentations, and negotiations.
