CNC Maintenance Technician, Second Shift

The CNC Maintenance Technician, Second Shift role is onsite in Osceola, WI, with pay of $26–$36 per hour. The technician supports Vulcan Industrial’s maintenance department at its precision engineering, manufacturing, and machining facility. The role maintains the reliability and availability of CNC mills and lathes through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. By restoring equipment after downtime and supporting facility maintenance operations, the technician helps production teams deliver engineered products safely and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC mills and lathes
• respond to unplanned downtime
• prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance
• conduct audits and inspections
• follow manufacturer quality standards and safety rules
• maintain tools and shop areas
• use CMMS to track work and maintain records
• coordinate with vendors on installations and repairs
• support team members and CMMS improvements
• work Monday–Thursday, 4:15 p.m.–2:30 a.m.
