What you'll do

• Lead daily kitchen operations
• maintain food quality, preparation, presentation, consistency, and cleanliness
• manage staffing, scheduling, preparation, and production during shifts
• provide hands-on leadership during service
• coach and train culinary staff
• ensure recipes and portion standards are followed
• monitor food cost, labor, waste, and inventory
• support purchasing and product rotation
• coordinate with restaurant leadership and front-of-house teams
• maintain food safety and sanitation.
