The Associate Director, Program Manager – Data Center Development role is onsite in Concord, NC, with a base salary range of $160,000–$175,000 per year. Turner & Townsend’s program delivery team supports a hyperscale data center client’s pre-lease development activities.

What you'll do

• Lead up to five concurrent data center site development opportunities from letter of intent through lease execution
• drive governance, action tracking, risk management, and decisions
• coordinate design, energy, cost, scheduling, real estate, and client leadership teams
• monitor milestones, resolve issues, facilitate meetings and executive updates, maintain reports and dashboards, and escalate risks with mitigation proposals.
