What you'll do

• Prepare items according to production sheets, quantities, and recipes
• complete production worksheets and waste logs
• taste meals for quality
• store, label, and date food according to policy
• follow HACCP and sanitation requirements
• wash dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and food-preparation surfaces
• clean floors and kitchen areas
• remove waste
• move supplies and equipment
• assist with banquet setup and supply delivery
• complete required documentation.
