What you'll do

• Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments
• prepare, maintain, and update Person-Centered Plans and Crisis Plans
• upload Medicaid/Medicare documents to the appropriate LME/MCO portal
• research, correct, and resubmit denied authorizations and re-authorizations
• track recipient eligibility monthly through NCTRACKS
• monitor submissions and compile weekly reports of billable services.
