Construction Manager — Restaurant Development

The Construction Manager — Restaurant Development role is remote and field-based, with a location in the Midwest or East Coast near a major airport. What you'll do

• Coordinate planning with franchise owners, operators, architects, engineers, and other partners
• use FranConnect and project trackers to align teams
• manage schedules, budgets, and project adjustments
• oversee construction and maintenance activities
• ensure jobsite safety and code compliance
• develop store buildout standards
• support franchise owners with budgets, contractor selection, and contract negotiations
• and maintain stakeholder relationships.
