Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and equipment
• inspect windows, doors, walls, and other building areas for damage and make repairs
• record completed repairs and service dates using company tools
• develop and carry out preventive maintenance measures
• perform light repairs such as toilet, plumbing, paint, and drywall work
• travel to properties throughout the city to inspect them.
