What you'll do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and enhance revenue meter and operational historian data flows
• ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, security, and traceability
• investigate exceptions and document resolutions
• analyze load and interval meter data and develop documented estimates or reconstruction methods when data is unavailable
• support monthly billing and settlements
• assess downstream impacts of system and configuration changes
• provide technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training
• maintain operating and configuration records
• identify automation, monitoring, reliability, cybersecurity, and compliance improvements
• participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
