What you'll do

• Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education and workforce development programs
• provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction as qualified
• develop curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, competency tools, and learning materials
• coordinate instructors, adjunct faculty, preceptors, and subject matter experts
• maintain training records and reports
• support onboarding, annual education, skills validation, and continuing education
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• partner with leaders to identify learning needs.
