What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care and comprehensive resident assessments
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• guide nursing staff during assigned shifts
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• monitor changes in resident condition and intervene appropriately
• communicate with providers, residents, and families
• maintain accurate, timely, compliant documentation
• support quality initiatives, infection control, and resident safety.
