Production Team Member — Day Shift

The Production Team Member — Day Shift role is onsite in Bement, IL. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour, with the opportunity for pay increases to $20.00 per hour. The schedule is 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Working under production supervisors, the team member assembles filters, filter elements, and related components on a production line or shop floor. The role contributes to production quality and safety by following work instructions, reporting issues and scrap, maintaining pace, and adapting to assignments across facility sections as demand changes.

What you'll do

• Assemble filters, filter elements, and components
• follow safety, attendance, dress code, and work-instruction requirements
• maintain quality and production pace
• communicate issues to supervisors
• accurately record and report scrap
• learn safety, quality, and cost metrics
• rotate between facility sections based on demand.
