What you'll do

• Lead HVAC installation projects from equipment delivery through completion
• install and replace furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ventilation equipment, and related components
• prepare for jobs
• guide helpers and less-experienced installers
• inspect work for quality and code compliance
• troubleshoot installation challenges
• maintain a clean work area
• communicate with homeowners
• coordinate with dispatch and other departments.
