What you'll do

• Perform duties in the medical assistant job description
• verify daily opening and closing procedures
• check deliveries against packing slips and report discrepancies
• follow up on voicemails
• support front-office operations
• conduct weekly facility and monthly safety walkthroughs
• assist with staff training
• manage inventory orders for approval
• address minor patient disputes according to policy
• maintain positive patient flow.

Why this role
