Operational Excellence Coach, French-Speaking

The Operational Excellence Coach role is remote, with required travel throughout the United States for 42 weeks annually, Monday through Thursday, and customer-site travel up to 80% as needed. Compensation is $125,000–$150,000 per year, with possible additional performance incentives. Redzone helps manufacturers improve productivity and employee experience through software and coaching. The coach leads customer Lean and cultural transformations by training teams on Redzone workflows, facilitating shop-floor routines, and guiding process improvement. The role tracks results and supports behavior change so customer plants can improve productivity and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Coach 5–7 customers at a time
• train customers on Redzone software during multiple 90-day onsite deployments
• facilitate shop-floor huddles and leadership Daily Vital Signs meetings
• track performance data and customer improvements
• lead process improvement and kaizen activities
• share feedback with frontline teams and leaders
• facilitate remote weekly progress meetings
• manage project schedules
• provide success assessments
• deliver executive overviews
• troubleshoot customer technical issues
• support customers in identifying next steps.
