What you'll do

• Review, negotiate, and execute non-standard contracts under internal policies and signing authority
• establish and meet review deadlines
• maintain accurate contract and risk-management information
• work with technical staff on client negotiations to mitigate high-risk language
• maintain and analyze contract information in Smartsheet
• lead project-specific strategy meetings and contract reviews
• resolve day-to-day and complex matters
• apply best practices and research industry trends
• may supervise and guide less experienced staff.
