What you'll do

• Greet residents by phone or in person
• resolve resident issues and involve the Property Manager as needed
• communicate with maintenance and property management
• document maintenance requests
• assist with Yardi entries and reports
• promote Fair Housing standards
• manage key and extermination logs
• follow up with residents
• assist with resident functions and office tasks
• notify maintenance of emergencies.
