What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs or cosmetic improvements
• perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs
• clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
• replace or repair worn or damaged trim, molding, and lights
• maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe environment
• assist with vehicle inspections and report reconditioning progress
• work with Service and Sales to prepare the lot.
