What you'll do
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- analyze actual results against plans, including manufacturing variances
- build financial models for scenarios, capital investments, and new products
- partner with functional leaders across Florence and Pahrump
- monitor cash flow, working capital, inventory, and expenses
- prepare monthly executive reporting
- evaluate costs and product economics
- support ERP and financial systems improvements
- develop performance metrics
- mentor analysts.
