What you'll do

• Process and resolve claims with subrogation potential using the company database and electronic documents
• handle files of moderate to high complexity
• document conversations, correspondence, file updates, analysis, recommendations, and applicable laws and statutes
• work efficiently across computer systems and standard office programs
• communicate with parties and manage difficult conversations.
