The Field Service Technician, Water Treatment role is primarily onsite at customer locations, based in Cleveland, OH, with travel mainly throughout Cleveland, Akron, and Canton and assignments beyond those areas as needed. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, based on experience. The role supports water treatment needs for medical facilities, industrial operations, and commercial and residential customers. The technician performs water system disinfection, sanitization, testing, installation, and service while building broader technical skills through training. The work helps customers maintain functioning water treatment systems through careful procedures, troubleshooting, documentation, and clear communication.

What you'll do

• Disinfect and sanitize water systems using established procedures
• conduct water testing and record results
• complete service notes and paperwork
• communicate arrival times, progress, delays, and completion
• install and service commercial and residential products and systems
• test and troubleshoot equipment
• follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• provide customer technical support and basic guidance
• maintain installation and troubleshooting records
• operate and inspect service vehicles safely.

Why this role

Training and a company van provided; direct water treatment experience is not required; schedule is 40 hours per week with variable start times, including early mornings, evenings, and approximately two Sundays per month.
