What you'll do

• Coordinate placements and academic affiliation agreements
• serve as the academic institution contact
• match trainees with programs, supervisors, and preceptors
• track placement dates and requirements
• monitor capacity
• guide trainee onboarding
• maintain executed agreements and renewal dates
• collect and verify trainee documentation
• support compliance, credentialing, audits, databases, metrics, dashboards, and process improvements.
