What you'll do

• Conduct member kickoffs covering goal setting, nutrition counseling, equipment use, and exercise form
• prepare and deliver fitness programs based on client goals and milestones
• track progress and provide follow-up and ongoing support
• explain available fitness tools and programs
• demonstrate safe exercise techniques
• assist with member service activities and challenge events
• schedule training sessions and appointments using company systems
• execute the personal trainer business plan
• meet session, revenue, and sales expectations
• help maintain an orderly facility.

Why this role

Spanish and English bilingual ability is preferred. CPR/AED certification is required and may be obtained within 30 days of hire; one approved nationally accredited certification must be acquired within the first 120 days. Minimum availability is 20 hours per week.
