Job overview

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role follows a hybrid work-from-home schedule and is based in Matthews, NC. Annual compensation is $55,000–$60,000. The clinical team provides case management and treatment support for clients. The BCaBA develops and maintains treatment programming based on client assessments, supervises and mentors technicians, coordinates with treatment staff and caregivers, and maintains clinical records and certification. The role supports consistent, ethical implementation of client treatment plans under a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you'll do

• Develop client programming based on initial and ongoing evaluations
• maintain clinical supervision requirements
• lead and mentor technicians implementing patient plans
• support case management and staff training
• conduct client assessments and maintain treatment programs
• maintain records, notes, data, and reports
• engage parents and caregivers in training
• attend educational meetings and maintain certification through continuing education.
