What you'll do

• Lead month-end close procedures, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and general ledger reconciliations
• analyze account balances and resolve discrepancies
• prepare monthly internal financial statements and statutory filings, including annual and quarterly schedules
• identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• document and implement processes and controls, including assigned SOX controls
• manage monthly account reconciliation reviews
• assist with audits and quarterly reviews
• mentor staff and business users on accounting systems and processes.
