What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain charge-off files
• process bankruptcies and file proofs of claim
• schedule auction sales for repossessed vehicles and post proceeds
• process and post customer payments
• prepare and send files to attorneys
• contact customers and vendors to locate customers or vehicles and follow up on payment arrangements
• handle accounts in accordance with federal and state requirements.
