Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role is onsite in Rockwall, TX, with regular on-site support at a second Rockwall location. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Lime Media’s fabrication teams and the operations, training, shipping and receiving, parts and procurement, and facilities functions. The manager leads supervisors and facilities staff, coordinating people, materials, facilities, and shipments so fabrication projects can be completed on time and on budget. The role also ensures project teams and field managers receive the training and materials needed for successful installations and activations.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach two supervisors and the Facilities team member
• set priorities, goals, and KPIs
• oversee budgets, labor, and overtime
• improve processes
• oversee project training, shipping and receiving, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance at both locations
• coordinate inter-site transfers
• and support safety, compliance, and inspection readiness.
